Main Branches of Biology
The field of biology is subdivided into separate branches for convenience of study, though all the subdivisions share basic principles.
Its three major branches are:
I. Botany- It deals with the study of plants.
II. Zoology- It deals with the study of animals.
III. Microbiology- It deals with the study of microorganisms.
