There are two elements:
i. A teacher is a moral exemplar or model in the sense that they will be in a position to support changes if they are morally convinced. You are, as a teacher, expected to give full support because you are morally convinced.
ii. Teacher as a role model, you will be supporting or accepting roles and responsibilities to report to your employer. You will be assigned a role which will be recognized by your boss.
