The cardinal moral imperative in teacher pupil classroom instructions. There are three principles that follow under category of cardinal moral imperative which guide interaction between teachers and pupils are dealing with honest, fairness, protecting the weak, and respect all people.

The three principles are:

1. Honest

This is a character in a person of always telling the truth and exposing situations which others will use to judge you as good or bad.

There are two perspectives in honest

i. Positive side of honest; this implies telling the truth and act in a way that others will believe is true or not.

ii. Negative part of honest; eg cheating, lying, plagiarism, etc

2. Responsibility; this means an undertaking duty to be in charge of somebody of something. And during that time, you allow yourself to be blamed and be rewarding if you behave accordingly. They are informed by laws and customs.

3. Respect; this is a quality admiration which is confined in a person because of your attributes like outlooks, skills, self conducts, achievements etc
