Lesson Plan enables a teacher to assess the effectiveness of the lesson through predetermined success criteria, aiding in the continuous improvement of teaching practices.
Teacher’s service commission of 1989; in the 1989 the teachers services come (TSC) it was established to play dual roles/functions but very conflicting roles:
i). As public regulatory body – to serve the government interests;
ii). As the professional standard centre –to provide guidelines and rules for teachers to follow in Tanzania.
Therefore the two roles were not played to full expectation.
Therefore it serviced for 13 years until 2002 when it was integrated into a larger public service commission as its department. After integrated, TSC changed its name into teachers’ service department (TSD).
