Summative Assessment
There are three types of assessment: diagnostic, formative, and summative.
Summative evaluation is a type of evaluation that occurs at the end of a learning period or program.
The goal of summative assessment is to evaluate student learning at the end of an instructional unit by comparing it against some standard or benchmark.
