Jinsi ya Kutumia Mfumo wa Utumishi ESS na PEPMIS
ESS stands for Employee Self Service an online platform coordinated by United Republic of Tanzania. President's Office Public Service Management and Good Governance.
Aims PEPMIS & PIPMIS
a) Identifying the principles to consider in preparing the Institutional Work Performance Plan of the Year;
b) Identifying the principles to consider in monitoring the implementation of the Plan of Institutional Performance;
c) Identifying the principles to consider in revitalizing the Work Performance Plan of the Year;
d) To classify the responsibilities of heads of departments/units/sections/work centers and employees all in preparing and presenting information on the implementation of duties;
e) Specifying the responsibility of the Institution in preparing, including and presenting information on
implementation of the Performance Plan
f) Specifying the bases to consider in evaluating the employee's performance and Institute; and
g) Specifying the basis for consideration in appealing the results of the evaluation of employee performance.
Purpose of the ESS Utumishi Platform
1. To provide a centralized platform for public servants to access job-related information.
2. The system also offers functionality for updating personal details and handling service-related processes in an efficient manner.
3. ESS Utumishi serves as a digital alternative to traditional paper-based methods, thereby promoting efficiency and reducing paperwork.
