Empowerment for the teaching profession in the world
Since the year of 2000 different people in the world have been struggling to enhance/promote the teaching profession known.
The three (3) major recommendations have been made.
1. Stabilizing and standardizing the duration of vocational training and reintroducing a system of probation.
2. Formulation of a code of professional ethics and conducts.
3. Formulation of a self regulated teachers association.
