Provision of education is always influenced by factors in the community, eg misbehave is due to family factors;
- Community itself has got codes of ethics;
- Community is need of change; teacher is the one who will initiate those changes;
- Community is complex: different perspectives and problems. Teacher is the one who will simplify those complexities;
- Community is conservative
