 Assumptions with regards to responsibilities to employer


1. The employer has a set of works or tasks to be performed which he/she cannot perform them. Therefore they are looking for individuals who are qualified to perform them.


2. The employee possesses knowdge which he or she can offer to the employer on a fair compesatation to enable him or her to use their skills. So employee should have knowledge and qualified skills for performing what is looked from the employers. 


Note: the element of having something and lacking one brings the two in such bond/relationships. Also rights and obligations is a key factor for segmenting the relationships between the tow and this is personalized through contract or letter, which is mutual right – obligation relationships.
