2. The employee possesses knowdge which he or she can offer to the employer on a fair compesatation to enable him or her to use their skills. So employee should have knowledge and qualified skills for performing what is looked from the employers.
Note: the element of having something and lacking one brings the two in such bond/relationships. Also rights and obligations is a key factor for segmenting the relationships between the tow and this is personalized through contract or letter, which is mutual right – obligation relationships.
